The RETURN of underwear garments is forbidden by Federal Health Regulations, so it is NOT REFUNDABLE. However we DO ACCEPT EXCHANGE under the following conditions:

YieldOnGreen values our buyers' confidence; therefore grants fourteen days (14) to customers in order for them to exchange an order. All items to be returned for exchange are subject to quality approval from our warehouse in compliance with Federal Health Regulations about intimate garments. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise, also shipping & handling costs are non-refundable. Return items must satisfy the following conditions: a) Must be unworn, with all tags still attached, and in their original container b) Must be free of marks and scents. We strongly recommend being makeup-free and perfume/deodorant-free when trying on our body-shapers. We also suggest that you try on our items over your own underwear. c) Must contact us via the YieldOnGreen message system in order to request the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code. The RMA must be typed next to the customer Return Address. We adhere to all Health Code Regulations. Because of this, we refuse to accept return items with crotch lining once they have been worn; we suggest that you try these garments over your own underwear. We have the right to refuse the return of items with obvious signs of wear (i.e., if the items have been soiled, or have been smudged with makeup, or if the item has a distinct smell). We reserve the right to refuse a return for abuse or misuse of our policy. If any item is returned to us in violation of our return policy we will not process the exchange of your item, and you will be responsible for the postage for us to ship the item back to you. In case of design or size exchange we will be pleased to send the replacement item FREE OF SHIPPING CHARGE.
